Karakol lakes consists of seven lakes located on the steps of a
gigantic stairs, connected by a tributary of the Karakol River. The
absolute height of the top of the lakes 2097 m. The maximum depth
is 10 m.
Castels of the Mountain Spirits, located near Karakol lakes - a
rock-outcrops up to 30 m, are like teeth on a completely flat
plateau.

Aya Lake, Tavdinsky cave Turquoise Katun
River. 
Aya Natural Park - a scenic mountain slopes, beautiful slopes of

the Katun River and Akkem River, Katun ridge, Kucherlinskoye and

Talmen Lake - the largest lake in the headwaters of the
Katun River (rest, fishing, sauna).
Talmen Lake (Talmennoe) - the largest in the headwaters of

southern slope of the western part of Katun mountain ridge. Its
remoteness from populated areas (100-150 km.), so you can enjoy
privacy, peace and the true nature of the wild Altai. You can
organize fishing trips, lunch and take a sauna.

Ukok Plateau.
One of the most mysterious places of the Altai Mountains, located
on the border of Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China. On the
plateau there are over 150 archaeological sites - burial mounds. In
1993, a mummy was found here called «Siberian Ice
Maiden». On the Ukok Plateau in the border area, there
are several alpine lakes like Alahinskoe Lake, Kolzhin-Col-Bas
Lake, where there is always a fish. Fishing tents in the
wild.

Glacier Aktru.
Aktru area - one of the most popular spots of mountaineering
in the Altai Mountains. Aktru Mountain (alt. 4044 m.). You will see

be routed via: Kalbaktash tract (petroglyphs of the Neolithic) and
Shavlinsky Lake (group of lakes in the Kosh-Agach area, one of the
most beautiful places in Altai).
